Network Support: Service Plans

ConnecTechs provides network support by way of telephone, remote access, or onsite visits. Payment for these services can be by way of “pay as you use” or Service Contracts. Our Service Contracts are an excellent way to manage you IT support budget. The service contracts provide free phone support, a predetermined amount of hours available for use per month at a discounted rate and priority response.
