Asset Recovery
ConnecTechs is pleased to provide Asset Recovery Services
for personal computers, monitors and printers and scanners.
The Service offers an environmentally friendly, safe, and
secure method to recycle Equipment. There are three key
features to the Service: (1) Labor and Transportation, (2)
Equipment Processing with Data Destruction and (3) Reporting
Labor and
Transport
- We will arrange for pickup and shipping of
Customer’s Equipment. Transportation fees are included
in Service
- We will contact Customer within 3 business days of
order entry to schedule a pickup. Pickups will be
scheduled for during business hours Monday – Friday,
8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time
- Any changes to pickups already scheduled must be
done with a minimum of 2 business days notice from
pickup date
- There must be at least 10 units per location of
additional location fees may apply.
- Dell packed equipment – included for a minimum of 10
units per pickup
- Individual equipment greater than 40 pounds may
incur additional shipping charges
Equipment Processing with Data Destruction
- For each Personal Computer, Monitor and Printer:
ConnecTechs will record the make, model number,
manufacturer, serial number, and property/asset tag
number
- We will remove all customer property/asset tags from
Equipment
- For each Personal Computer, Monitor and Printer: We
will sort Equipment based on possible donation of
Equipment
- All Equipment sorted which may have possible
donation value will go through a functional & cosmetic
test process to determine remarketing worthiness
- Equipment which fails functional or cosmetic test
may result in Equipment being recycled or disposed
