Will there be any downtime if we replace our server?
What types of customers do we service?
Do you recommend wireless for older buildings?
Answers:
Will there be any downtime if we replace our server? - Yes, always some down time. But we can schedule it for off hours if possible. Alternatively we can minimize the down time by either keeping up both old and new servers at the same time and moving over users one at a time and reduce the downtime to about 15 minutes per user at times that we schedule out that is convenient for each user.
What types of customers do we service? - We service doctors offices, hospitals, schools, colleges, hotels, pharmaceuticals, golf clubs, churches and other non-profit organizations.
Do you recommend wireless for older buildings? - That really depends on how thick the concrete/ cement is, if there is raceways with existing wires, aesthetic requirements and budget. We would need to do a free site survey to determine which is best for you.
