Dear Lance,
Just wanted to
say thanks a million times over!! Carlos
did an EXCELLENT job!! He not only loaded
the Frontpage program, but he stayed to show
me how to put the buttons and pictures on my
webpages. He also showed me how to get and
insert background pictures from google.
When I asked
him if he was going overtime, he just kept
saying, "Please...this is after hours, but
I'm interested in learning how this works so
the next time I'll know how to help someone
else...I like to learn new things!" WHAT A
GREAT ATTITUDE TO HAVE!! He seems like a
"God-send" to your company. I just hope
that your customers are as pleased with his
service as I was. He even said on his way
out the door, "After Lance takes a look at
the webpages, I don't mind swinging by
again, if necessary."
For someone who
said he was not familiar with Frontpage, he
sure read the information and learned what
to do QUICKLY. He even learned how to
insert the powerpoint pictures onto the
webpage. He said he would not be able to
save the pictures until I had space on a
website. So, once you look things over and
give me the go ahead...I'm going to purchase
the space and get the website up and
running.
Sorry for such
a long email...but, I just wanted to express
my gratitude and also give CUDOS to Carlos.

Jesse and Lance, Thank you so much for all your help for our
recent move. It is quite an undertaking to coordinate all
the PC's and printers and you guys did a great job. A couple
more glitches and we will be at 100%. I did appreciate both
of you coming in on Saturday to help rid the system of the
bugs. It was a comfort to know that on Monday morning when
we opened the doors to the patients, we could function in an
efficient manner. The phones gave us some fits and starts,
but the computers and printers allowed us to carry on

outstanding work he did on the pilot from Friday.
Despite his feeling rushed by the ........ tech that
was with him, he managed to capture exactly what I was
hoping for with the pictures.
I’ve
attached the “Store Closing Guide” that I created with
his pictures, thought he might like to see what we did
with them for all of the future techs doing store
closings! Steve is an outstanding tech with endless
patience, and again my thanks to him and your entire
staff!
